Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vid.GG ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Vid.GG is an educational platform and toolkit for YouTube creators, providing AI-assisted tools (voice generation, thumbnail generation, niche research, video ideation, scheduling), course content, community access, and optional add-on services such as premonetised channel allocation and CMS access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vid.GG. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Vid.GG is a paid subscription service billed monthly through our payment processor (Whop). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time via your Whop account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated.

All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, AI generation credits, and access to community resources, we do not offer refunds except where required by law.

The Service includes monthly usage limits (e.g. ~10M ElevenLabs voice characters, 150 thumbnail generations, unlimited niche and idea generation under fair-use). We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts engaging in abusive usage, automated scripting, or resale of generated assets.

Premonetised YouTube channels and CMS access are provided as add-on services. You are solely responsible for compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Vid.GG is not liable for channel strikes, demonetisation, or termination resulting from your content or actions.

Course material, software, branding, and platform content are the property of Vid.GG and its licensors. You may use AI-generated outputs (thumbnails, voices, scripts, ideas) commercially in your own channels, but may not resell or redistribute the underlying tools or course content.

Vid.GG is an educational platform. Results depend on effort, niche selection, market conditions, and execution. We make no guarantees regarding income, views, subscribers, or monetisation outcomes.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or third-party rights; (b) upload malicious code; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; (d) share account access; (e) generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes copyright.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vid.GG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding three months.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
